Mike has worked so hard on the yard and it has turned out beautiful.  Grandpa Jeffers helped Mike with the metalwork for the buckets.  It turned out gorgeous.  I love how different and unique it is.

Garret's Roast June 3, 2012

Mike's family has a tradition, after you graduate from high school they have a roast to celebrate.  It's funny because they don't actually roast you, it is more like a night of appreciation.  Everyone goes around and tells the person how much they love them and what they appreciate about them.  I can't believe Garret is old enough to graduate.  I remember him as the little kid who used to come spend the night at our house.  Crazy how time flies.

Hayden's Graduation May 31, 2012

I can't believe that my 'little' brother is old enough to graduate.  I say 'little' because he hates that.  He always tells me that he is my 'younger' brother NOT 'little' brother.  I love him so much.  He is one of my best friends.  I am so proud of him.  It is a tradition in our family to go to The Roof for dinner before the graduation.  It is so yummy!

Memorial Weekend May 25-26, 2012

We have some awesome friends who invited us to hang out with them at their cabin over Memorial Weekend.  We had so much fun with them.  We played games, fished, watched movies, went on walks, and watched the dogs play.  Alice loves their dog Charlie.  They are the cutest couple. 

Mike had never been fishing.  Needless to say he isn't very good at it!

Hayden's Seminary Graduation

Hayden graduated from Seminary May 20, 2012.  We got a few good family pictures, minus Aaron.  He will be home in three months though!!!

Telling the Family

We decided we wanted to tell everyone in a fun creative way.  Mike came up with the idea to get a family picture and instead of having everyone say 'cheese'  he would say 'everyone say Erica's pregnant!'  We waited a couple of weeks, until I was six weeks along.  We told my parents on the Saturday before Easter and Mike's parents the next day on Easter.  It was a fun way to tell them because we were able to get their reactions on camera.  A fun side note.  The morning we found out we were pregnant when Mike still thought we weren't he was emailing Aaron on his mission to tell him to send me a supportive email.  I called him in the middle of it to tell him we really were pregnant so he ended up telling Aaron about it.  It was fun to have Aaron know before anyone else.
